SHOW INFORMATION: Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the mysterious Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship and, of course… sharing snacks.
AGES: Actors must be at least 5 years old but no older than 12 years old at the time of auditions. Parents will not be permitted to stay during rehearsals, so please be sure that your potential cast member is capable of being comfortably alone during the rehearsal process.
AUDITIONS: Those auditioning should attend EITHER Tuesday, March 7 from 6-8pm or Thursday, March 9 from 6-8pm. Those auditioning do not need to attend more than one.
Please prepare a verse and chorus of an appropriate song and bring a karaoke/instrumental track to sing alongside. No more than one minute, please! Any Disney song will be perfect, but we do encourage actors not to use songs from the radio.
Those auditioning will also learn a short dance combination and may be asked to read from the script of the show. If your actor is still mastering reading, don’t worry! We’re happy to help.

A Note About Auditions
Auditions are not a place of judgment, and we are not equipped or qualified to determine whether or not someone is talented. Auditions are the actor’s opportunity to offer their gifts. We then have to decide how best to use them… or if we have a place for them at all.
While we’d love to cast every single person who comes out for our shows, we’re unable to do so. It’s heartbreaking! Please help everyone involved by preparing your auditioner for the possibility that we might not have a place for them this time. We often have twice as many auditions as we have roles to fill, and this unfortunately means having to cut some immensely talented people.
Please help us out by preparing your young actor before they come to auditions. If you do not believe they can handle possibly being cut from the show, we ask that you wait a bit longer before encouraging them to try out.
Thank you so much!
